CPR Cell Phone Repair is North American’s largest and top rated cell phone repair, computer repair and console repair shop. We fix smartphones, such as cell phone screen replacement, charging port replacement, replacement of Macbooks, liquid damaged devices and much more.

We are looking for an experienced technician with managerial capabilities.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the diagnosis and repair of smart phones, tablets and computers. You will also be dealing with the customers, inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

You will also be responsible for managing a team of cell phone and computer repair technicians, ensuring that they perform assigned repair tasks on time and to the best workmanship.

You will also be responsible for implementing & optimizing processes within the store such as customer experience, efficient repair practices and effective bi weekly ordering.

Education: Must have completed high school. We also need a proven ability to repair smart electronics.

Essential Skills:

You must have strong written and oral communication. You should also be able to do team work, follow and pay attention to assigned tasks, have problem solving skills, attention to detail and organization. An outgoing personality and the ability to deal with the customers.

Languages:

Strong command of English is essential, second language is an asset.
